All those anxious to get in a day of winter fishing in reasonable conditions should be on the water Wednesday  when, after a very cold start, it's supposed to get up to almost 30 degrees during a sunny day -- just before a coastal storm and snow move in Wednesday night.  Party boats still fishing should be out tomorrow, as will the Mimi VI from Point Pleasant.
