Crespi, Alemany, Harvard-Westlake win Mission League openers

There were no surprises on the opening night of Mission League basketball play.Harvard-Westlake knocked off Chaminade 72-57. Sophomores Johnny Juzang and Mason Hooks came through with 26 and 20 points, respectively. Hooks added 14 rebounds. Freshman KJ Simpson led Chaminade with 15 points.Alemany defeated Sherman Oaks Notre Dame 66-57. The losing Knights were without injured sophomore standout Ziaire Williams.
